RevSD, LLC (formerly StratX, LLC) has been created by Ted Kavadas to assist and guide businesses and other entities through the challenges and complexities inherent in the present and future economic situation. Since early 2009, because of his concern over the economic future of the United States and the challenges such an economic environment would present, he has written the EconomicGreenfield.com blog. A significant portion of the blog is devoted to long-term economic trends; the business environment and unique business problems stemming from the economy; economic forecasts; and trends in the financial markets.
Prior to starting his own firm, Ted worked in a variety of areas, including Finance, Pricing, Strategy, Business Analysis and Business Planning, and Capital Markets. These functions have been performed at companies of various sizes, from multi-billion corporations to early-stage companies.
In these positions he was often given leadership roles in key strategic and analytical functions, as well as asked by senior executives to provide analyses and recommendations to both better understand and improve business performance.
Much of this current and prior experience utilizes the creation of innovative, custom-designed financial modeling and related analytical methods that companies had previously never had access to.
Ted is also well-versed in subjects such as stock market and corporate valuations; evaluating business performance; pricing strategy; financial markets and securities; and online marketing / social media strategies.
Publishing credits include Barron’s, Director’s Monthly, and a contributor to “The Art of M&A Integration” (McGraw Hill)
Ted received his MBA from The University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science degree (B.S., Finance) from Indiana University in 1991.
RevSD, LLC is located in Lake Forest, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago.
